Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also included in this latest photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different parts of the property.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
